Visitors may download, use and read material from the site for personal, non-commercial use, but may not alter, republish, reproduce or sell it (even in part) without the prior written permission of LA Directories Ltd.

Training and Seminar Bookings

1. Receipt of a booking for a training courses or seminar by LA Directories Ltd is acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Payment

2. Training course and seminar fees must be paid beforehand.

3. Payment is not taken via this website. Invoices will be issued upon receipt of the PO or six weeks prior to the service being delivered, whichever is soonest.

Cancellations and Substitutions

4. If for any reason you need to cancel the booking the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellations received in writing within –
    • 14 days of the commencement of the service delivery date will be charged at the full training fee plus any expenses already incurred;
    • 15-28 days of the commencement of the service delivery date will incur an administration charge equal 20% of the training fee plus the cost of any expenses already incurred by LADL as a result of this booking.
  • Substitutions are accepted. LADL understands that sometimes circumstances can compromise plans so alternative delegates are accepted; please let us know in advance by email.


Transfers

  1. If for any reason you wish to transfer your place to a place on another course or seminar on another date, the following fees apply:
  • Notice of a transfer request received
    • more than 28 days prior to the event date, no charge applies.
    • 15-28 days prior to the event date, 25% of the course fee will be charged.
    • 7-14 days prior to the event date, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
