This course is a two full days delivered on consecutive days.
Day one – 09:20 am to 16:00 pm;
Day two – 09:30 am to 16:00 pm
This course covers very complex areas of subjective decision making for HB officers, and caselaw that needs to be referred to and aims to be delivered at a suitable pace with workshops and case studies with time for questions.
