Consultancy services are provided by LA Directories Ltd on any issue related to Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Discretionary Housing Payment.
Our Consultancy Service involves an in-depth examination and analysis of whether local policies and procedures adhere to prescribed legislation and a review of practices and procedures with a view to maximising efficiency.
A summary of findings and recommendations is presented to key members of staff either in person face to face or in person via video link.
